TrafficVision is an Omnibond product line for AI video analytics. It turns existing cameras into real-time operational intelligence for roadways, ports, and service lanes. Built for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) on highways, bridges, and tunnels. Three products share one platform: TrafficVision® TMC, PortObserver™, and BayTracker®.
| Product | Primary problem | Typical operators |
|---|---|---|
| TrafficVision® TMC | Roadway incidents, wrong-way drivers, network traffic data | DOTs, toll authorities, TMCs, regional traffic networks |
| PortObserver™ | Port truck queuing, terminal incidents, vessel and ship traffic | Ports, marine terminals, landside logistics |
| BayTracker® | Service-lane and drive-thru wait times, cross-store analytics | Quick lube, oil change, tire, QSR, multi-site service brands |
PortObserver uses TMC detection technology. BayTracker uses the same AI engine applied to service environments.
Yes. TrafficVision® TMC is designed for cameras agencies and operators already have, from nearly any vendor. It analyzes live or recorded digitally encoded video streams. BayTracker and PortObserver also use standard camera feeds. New sensors are generally not required.
Stopped vehicles, roadway debris, wrong-way drivers, slowed traffic, congestion, low visibility, pedestrians in lanes, and speeding. Detections include AI verification, coordinates, images, optional video clips, and customizable recording per incident type.
Stopped vehicle/object, congestion, pedestrian, and wrong-way detection. AI verification helps reduce false positives in high-volume traffic environments.
Lane-specific speeds, vehicle counts, occupancy, density, congestion, trajectories, and vehicle classification (bicycle/motorcycle, car/van/pickup, truck/bus, tractor trailer). Data collection is non-intrusive and supports toll validation and funding decisions.
Real-time truck queuing maps, terminal traffic alerts and incident detection, AIS vessel tracking, ship traffic visibility, weather data, and combined landside/waterside views.
Service bays: wait time, bay time, total time, greets, queue counts, bay occupancy, car counts by bay, drive-offs.
Drive-thrus: service goals, average and current service time, cash-to-present goals and averages, post-pay-window waiting, vehicles served by period and per day.
Retail roadway: vehicle counts, flow trends, pedestrian and directional insights, custom traffic density reporting.
BayTracker Cloud: cross-store analytics for multi-site operators.
Transportation agencies, toll authorities, traffic management centers, ports and terminals, cities, transportation consultants and integrators, and private operators including QSR and automotive service chains. See collaborations.md for named organizations.
